2. Booking and Scheduling

• Customers can request services through our website, phone, or email.

• We will provide an estimated time for service; however, scheduling is subject to availability.

• Same-day pickups are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on the volume of items to be removed. A full trailer load is $375. Additional charges may apply for specialty items or hazardous materials.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service.

• We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheques.

• Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in additional fees or legal action.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide clear access to the items to be removed.

• Items for removal must not include hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials (e.g., toxic waste, firearms, or explosives).

• Customers must inform us in advance of any special requirements or large/heavy items.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Liability and Damage

• We exercise care when removing items; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues on the customer’s property.

• In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, customers must notify us immediately to assess and address the situation.

7. Recycling and Donations

• We make every effort to recycle or donate items when possible.

• We cannot guarantee that all items will be diverted from landfills due to material or regulatory restrictions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where:

• Items are deemed hazardous or illegal.

• The working environment poses safety risks to our team.

• The customer fails to comply with these Terms of Service.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

• Any disputes related to our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.

• Customers agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
